Another fun Item from influenster.
I received the lifeway kifer smoothie. i got the strawberry flavor. I am not going to lie, i was skeptical. I love yogurt, especially Greek yogurt. And this smoothie has 12 live active pro-biotic cutlers......This has got to be too good to be true. I know probiotics are good for me. and if its good for me it doesnt taste good right?
I pourd a glass. I smelled it. then i took a sip. Oh man this stuff is good. I found my new summer snack. Its the right thickness, not to thin as some smoothies are. And my favorite part? Its not too sweet. I sometimes get Items that are just to sweet for my liking. This has just the right amount of fruit sweetness. Its also 99% lactose free. So also good for your gut!
They also make frozen kifer. Now that I have passed my skepticism phase i feel I am going to venture in to trying them as well.
