Recently I spoke to the doctor about what my diet should be now that I've had
cancer. The biggest thing that stuck out in my mind (besides drink lots of
water) is that beef is a inflammatory. It isn't for me because it causes
inflammation in my veins. (I already had problems with lymphoma).
I'm
wondering if cutting beef out would help with arthritis as well?
Ive now
taken to substituting ground turkey. I actually like it much more for the fact
that it doesn't way me down the way beef does. I still crave beef on occasion
but Ive been doing well.
Ive also started eating alot more fish. (Mainly
salmon) because that fatty acids in fish are amazing for you.
Is there
anything you avoid eating? Why?
