I just got mayballine color tattoo in too cool. Its a shimmery white color. It is perfect to put all over your lid all the way up to under your brow. Its just going to emphasises the colors of the shadows you put on top.
In my opinion this one is a bit less creamy and gets little chunks in it...so you have to be careful. however i do love the color and the sheen. Its a great highlight color. :)
I put some shadows from my The balm nude tude pallet on top. And on either side i have switched the shadows alone. you can see how it just makes the color a bit truer. Except the matte black. It just adds a sheen to that. :)
